General Manager Carmen runs a fantastic property, and it shows. Jennifer, the housekeeping manager, keeps the rooms absolutely pristine, and David from maintenance clearly works hard behind the scenes because everything works perfectly. A huge shout-out to Victor and Oscar at the complimentary breakfast, too—they gave us the best start to our mornings! ​Beyond the stellar service, the room layout was incredibly thoughtful, the shower had amazing water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. They really understand what travelers need to feel at home. Highly impressed!”
