“My room was not cleaned as promised. Cleaning every other day. So trash and food from various services were left in my room. It was decided by Hotel management that since I was leaving the next day it was not necessary to remove trash and garbage from my room. So I had to reside there with the rancid odor in my room. Also someone from the Hotel BREACHED the SECURITY of my room. When I returned to my room the evening before leaving, I discovered my door was left ajar by the deadbolt and left open. I reported this to the Hotel staff and management and nothing was done about it. I also reported the incident to Marriott customer service supervisor and was told there was nothing that they could do. I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation and Kate the Supervisor said “We’re not in the business to lose money” Neither Shane the Hotel Manager or Kate the Customer Service Supervisor ask me or my wife how we were feeling and if we were ok. Lack of HUMANITY from that establishment ”
