“We booked in December. When we arrived, you just started 5-10 days before, a daily charge for parking. Since this was not the case when we booked, we should have at least received a notice before we arrived that you were adding an additional fee. That was jot expected of a place like the Marriott. We also had a fire alarm when we were there. Many, many elderly had to go down the stairs. My husband is disabled and had a rough time. Another lady came down with us and had to be checked out by paramedic. The fire department personnel were great. The staff seems very cavalier about the whole thing. It was a false alarm due to someone using a steamer for their clothes.”
