“I had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Novi Detroit. The hotel was exceptionally clean from the lobby to the suite, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-stocked kitchenette and plenty of room to unwind. The amenities were excellent, especially the complimentary breakfast, fitness center, and convenient common areas. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and outstanding customer service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Novi/Detroit area. The one hiccup was that the housekeeping is every other day which is fine but it does not happen on Sundays ! It would be appreciated if this is mentioned at check in or posted in the room.”
