“Location was nice, building was nice First room we tried had many hairs on both beds. Second room they gave us instead had hairs still. Third room we tried smelled like every single body fluid possible that had been stewing for months (most have been a gas/sewer leak), by the fourth room we just decided to get our refund. As we were in the parking lot requesting a refund from the amazing staff person at Booking.com (wish I knew his name) the hotel front desk person came outside demanding that we make his beds back up (ones with the hairs, that needed to be refitted by staff). Although he was nice at first, at the end of everything he flipped his switch.”
