“This hotel seems to get things right. Front desk friendly, were greeted by Shawn. Very nice and patient, has the right answers and efficient. Rooms have fridges / no freezer and microwaves. 24hr coffee/teas/hot cocoa in lobby. Rooms were done every day without question (so long as 'do not disturb' not on door) which is the first time in a very long drive. Rooms were comfy beds and pillows alike. Enough lighting, desk space and plug ins. Good and clean, spacious baths, large cushy towels and many smaller ones. Breakfast is precooked or oatmeal packets, scrambled or omelets, waffle makers, muffins, breads, juices, fruit, cereals, yogurt, potatoes, sausage etc good selection. My only complaint might be the 24hrs self wash/dryer price is $4 + $4. And don't try to squeeze the cup covers on the coffee cups downstairs. But these will not affect my rating of 5.0 of 5.0 and we would 100% stay here again when in Little Rock.”
