“The Room #112 i paid almost 700 for 3 nights my Wife and I were celebrating our 40 th anniversary. Our stay at this hotel was anything but pleasant! there was people running and jumping and yelling the whole night! We complained to the front desk asking if they could move us or accommodate in anyway, and we were told no the only thing could do at this time was call the room and tell can to be a little more considerate of the other guest, but clearly the guest above us did not care… on top of that ! The door was broken and pretty much almost off its hinges, it was very hard to open and close… this was a nightmare of an anniversary to say the least. The last day we were so upset that we made the decision to leave the hotel at 3:00 am. We reported to the manager and his answer was that the hotel did not have any other rooms available sorry . My wife and I has been staying at the hotel since 2000 and we always have a non smoking room very clean as we requested This time The room smelled of tobacco”
