“Breakfast was good The hotel was in renovation, so not all thw rooms were available, we checked in at 1am and we were 4 people who booked a room with two queen beds. The lady at the reception said that our room is not available for some reason and that what she could offer was a room with a king bed and a sofa. Obviously we didn’t pay to have one bed so we were not happy, we spent 30mn waiting o get a solution and we were already tired from a 10h drive to get there. The lady ended up offering us 2 rooms of single queen beds that she could have given us from the start without waiting or us asking. She was not very happy giving us the rooms and was kinda shouting. During our stay, there were multiple noise and bad smell from the renovations thwy’re doing so it was not as comfortable as we expected it to be. The parking is pricey for what it’s worth but that’s just the US policy I guess”
