“Great, 5 star luxury experience in NYC. Everything reserves 5 stars, I didn't sample any food here- so I can't comment about that, but sleep, bathroom service, all outstanding. I have had some outside communication with someone named Andy Pino- he does an amazing job as hotel or rooms manager. I had an issue last stay, and he personally reached out, we formed a relationship, and he has remained committed to working with me - truly above and beyond what I've ever seen elsewhere. The positives - that are truly the best in NYC or anywhere- is an extremely comfortable bed, a pitch black room, nice shower/bathroom amenities, and clean and well equipped room. In fact we were elevated to a suite, and what a huge difference it actually made Bed still remains the best anywhere, I've tried to replicate elements of it at home.. and that room gets very dark there. They did a big renovation- to me I might have liked the room before in a way- I like a darkening shade on the window- I only get it here or the Mandarin- but they got rid of room darkening shades- but still a top notch A+ night sleep. Everything top notch in the room I didn't detect any nickel and diming- they generally were very kind in that way. Took the house car once which was nice. the Butler did a terrific job- I loved this feature. Overall, what an amazing stay. This is my place in the city.”
