“Staff was good. But Antonio made the trip. He helped and made us feel welcome and gave a few tips for making our visit fun. Wheel chair access is there except for the doors. If there is not a door person there to help getting thru doors is extremely difficult. Trip could have been rated excellent if not for trouble getting in main lobby doors the rest of access was good for smaller NY rooms. Would be nice to have wheelchair automated doors. To help both individuals in wheelchairs as there is no room for one's own hands thru any of the doors. As well as, individuals accompanying wheel chair persons.”
