“1-Star Review This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was incredibly loud construction right outside my window from midnight to 9am every night, and I couldn’t sleep at all. When I asked to switch rooms, they refused. The cleaning service didn’t restock basic toilet paper, and I ended up having to use facial tissues in the middle of the night because it was too late for me to ask for more. The original 2 rolls in the room were used and 90% finished when I arrived on my first day. The walls were paper thin, and I was constantly disturbed by doors slamming all night long. On top of that, they didn’t accept American Express, which was the only card I had on me. Because of this, the front desk assumed I was leaving and didn’t give me a room key. Their concierge never notified me when my food arrived, and their phone system was down, so I couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk. I even tried calling their 1-800 number and was kept on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected. There were about 8 holes in the walls from art they took down that they didn’t even patch up. Everything about the stay was frustrating, from the lack of sleep to the poor communication and service. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.”
