“I highly commend the housekeeping staff for making our stay truly memorable. We deeply appreciated the special decorations for our anniversary and the kind gift left for us. The towel swans and the heart made of rose petals on the bed were beautifully done and over the top! Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the fitness facility. The gym layout features three distinct rooms to choose from—a stationary bike room, a treadmill room, and a free weights area—which allowed me to get in some great workouts during my stay. Area for Improvement: Elevator Courtesy One notable concern I had during our stay was the lack of courtesy from the porters and handymen regarding elevator etiquette. On multiple occasions, as soon as the elevator doors opened, a staff member would try to rush in before letting guests exit. There is no need for such a rush; I sincerely hope the property can remind the team to always let guests step out of the elevator completely before attempting to board.”
