“I had previously booked two nights at Hilton New Orleans Riverside. We arrived at 11 pm and the line for check in was insane! After 20 minutes of waiting in line, I FINALLY got to the front desk at Hilton Riverside. The front desk was a mess. People complaining, staff unhelpful, etc. Standing at the front desk of Hilton Riverside, I cancelled my reservation there and booked 2 nights at Homewood Suites. Homewood Suites was within walking distance, nicer rooms, and less expensive. Kevana and Jakeira made our stay absolutely stress free. We were cruising out the next day, and Kevana printed our boarding passes and luggage tags. After our experience at Hilton Riverside, I cannot recommend Homewood Suites enough. Our late arrival wasn't a problem, room was spotless, staff was helpful and breakfast was great.”
