“Hotel smelled musty when we walked in. I should have been warned by the tattered rugs at the entrance. The hot tub was out of order. The TV didn't work, we went down to ask about it, they say they will reboot the system. All evening no TV. This was a horrible stay with management not offering anything to make up for the terrible service. And, the hot tub is not being repaired, it is tacky looking with snow fence up around it. Update: The girl at the front desk was terribly rude, she refused to call a manager, refused to let me leave a note for the manager, refused to give me her name. In the morning, the older lady that I told this to said that they've had many complaints about her being nasty to people. Then why does she still work there? I suspect because the management is just as poor at customer service as she was. I will not be going back to this hotel.”
