“This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve ever had. When I arrived, the front desk clerk told me he couldn’t find my reservation, even though I had already paid in advance. I had to show him the confirmation myself, only to find out he had already given my room to someone else. He finally gave me another room — but it didn’t have any hot water. I had my one-year-old with me, which made the situation even worse. It’s hard enough traveling with a baby, but not being able to bathe or get warm water was completely unacceptable. The clerk apologized and promised a discount for the trouble, but when I checked out, I was still billed the full amount. Between the confusion, lack of professionalism, and broken promises, this experience was beyond disappointing. I definitely won’t be staying here again. ”
