“Our experience at DUA Miami was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the hotel gave us an unpleasant impression of disorder and lack of proper maintenance. Even the condition and appearance of the carpeting immediately made the property feel neglected and not particularly clean certainly not what you expect from a hotel presenting itself as a luxury destination in Brickell. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was below an acceptable standard and, unfortunately, the room did not change our first impression. The worst part, however, was the terrible noise at night. It was extremely difficult to rest properly, which for a hotel is simply unacceptable. A stylish location means very little if guests cannot sleep comfortably. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and lacks the level of cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail expected at this price point. There is a huge difference between the image DUA Miami tries to project and the actual guest experience. Miami and Brickell in particular has many much better alternatives. We would definitely not return and cannot recommend this hotel.”
