“The pools and the staff were great, also the room I eventuly got was superb in terms of quality and views from the room. I paid for a decent room, since I was staying there for a few days on business before my friends arrived in Miami. I arrived late and the room was nothing as descbribed, I complained at reception the next morning (never normally do) and was given the appropriate room I booked. Also there was no wi-fi in the hotel which is surprising in this day and age and disapointing on a business trip when needing to send emails. Also the breakfast was purely a continental option and anything else was chargeable, not a big issue but the uncooked breakfast took over an hour one day so I had to sack it off. Overall the hotel had many positives, but it just lets iteslf down in a few areas, the staff overall were great and friendly so can only assume it's a mangement issue.”
