“The only positive aspect of staying at this hotel was the beautiful walking and cycling paths along the ocean and its proximity to the beach. However, the hotel is actually one or two blocks away and is not oceanfront. The hotel has no outdoor space, and the lobby is very small and extremely crowded, especially during breakfast. The staff ignored us and spoke in their own language in front of us instead of acknowledging or assisting us, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. The hotel also charged us for early check-in, which we requested and paid for in advance. However, when we arrived, we were told that early check-in was not available. We would have appreciated being notified ahead of time rather than finding out upon arrival. Overall, we felt like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing, and we would not stay here again.”
