“Bad service. They automatically charge you 20% gratuity fee on everything so most people working don’t work hard for their tips. We paid 13,000 for 5 nights for a one bedroom with terrace. Pictures show two beds and one pull out couch. They gave use one bed and two pull out couches. Couches were not comfortable. They only gave us one blanket per couch. The terrace was 95% roof and 5% ocean. Like come on. They wanted to charge us 250 for parking car up front per day because our car was too big for there parking garage. We drive a GMC SUV. They said we have to go find parking somewhere else. That took us about an hour. We came back and I guess they felt bad so they let us park up front with normal parking fee. They just wanted our money basically. Pool and restaurant was they only good thing. Almost forgot, out kitchen area in room had no plates, glass cups, silverware, nothing in cabinets!”
