“The pool was very nice and clean, and I liked the direct access to the beach The receptionist, Ana, who assisted me, was very rude and disrespectful. I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and every time I needed information (about five times during my stay), the staff was rude. The bed was uncomfortable, there was construction noise early in the morning, and some of the furniture in the room was broken. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The price was low, but it was not worth it. I would recommend spending a little more money and staying somewhere else, because the lower price is not worth ruining your trip.”
