“Almost everything. Customer service was horrendous and not personable at all. When I originally walked into the facility they were in an argument with another guest. The elevator felt unsafe and the lobby smelled horrible. All of the floors were dirty in the halls, stare well and bedroom. We were missing a piece of furniture from our room. The floors were not clean at all. Pillow cases were stained. The phone had ink all over it and was as good as useless because the front desk would not answer the phone. The remote to the tv barely worked and we had to manually do everything. The toilet is the biggest complaint I have because we again had to manually flush it ourselves. The pool room was disgusting and not well kept. There was trash all through the halls and bags of towels and bags full of trash and sheets. Our room was next to a storage closet that was repeatedly slammed and bouncing our heads off of the headboard.”
