“1. Major plumbing issues! We had 2 rooms. The tubs filled with water as we showered that just sat until I complained. 2. Very few towels were in the room. There was NO SOAP . I kept walking downstairs to complain but the one maid said that she was alone and would eventually help us. 3. The halls were filthy from construction. They should NEVER have sold us a room! The hotel should have been closed! 3. I felt scammed. I paid over $700 for those rooms. Holiday Inn took my money and did not provide us with a comfortable stay. The rooms were NOT CLEANED! The halls and the elevators were filthy. We constantly heard banging and drilling from the poor plumbing. I felt like Holiday Inn had stolen money from me!”
