“Bad service. My wife couldn't check in to the Hotel even with my the reservation info. Then they had me call to verify but gave me the wrong extension number so I was calling the restaurant. After multiple attempts I called the hotel back to be directed to a manager that told me it should be fine as long as she has the confirmation number and again they didn't let my wife up to the room. So I had to call again just to be told that I had to change the name on the reservation for them to give her the room and then they made her pay the deposit with another card for the deposit. The room was a disaster as well. Smelly, musty wet carpet smell, humid, and AC was broken and started spitting out water! DONT GET #540!!!”
