“First of all, this hotel is exceptional—from the outstanding staff to the excellent facilities. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. There was one evening when I called to report a noise issue, and the staff responded promptly. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was resolved, which I truly appreciated. I also want to mention the tram service to the park. It was incredibly convenient, and the driver was friendly and courteous. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt well taken care of. I absolutely loved staying here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!”
