“The facility itself is clean and inviting. One side of the elevators in the parking garage was out of order when we stayed so getting from the parking garage down to the lobby was quite the ordeal, but once we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Simon at the front desk. We booked through a third party and had a little mixup with the side of the hotel we were placed in, but Trey made sure to accommodate us. He was very patient and supportive, explaining the process. He deserves a raise! Overall, a great place to stay for airport access. Although it was close to the plane activity, the noise was not overbearing at all and we were able to get adequate rest. I would stay here again.”
