“I recently stayed at this property after spending time at a nearby Residence Marriott, and the experience was distinct and enjoyable. Positives: The hotel’s décor in the rooms was stylish and welcoming. Breakfast included was priced at USD 40 per person, and the quality matched the value. Hospitality was excellent. Front Desk Staff Mr. Inin, Breakfast Host Mr. Juan, and especially our server Mr. Genaro stood out. Mr. Genaro was engaging, fun, and truly a gem of the hotel. The freshly baked almond croissant was the highlight of my stay — one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time. It deserves recognition as a prize-worthy item. Car park valet service was flexible, allowing short-term drop-offs of 15–20 minutes without issue. Location Notes: Downtown Los Angeles at night offers vibrant options, including the nearby Limelight Restaurant. While generally safe, DTLA can feel less secure after dark due to alleyways nearby. I recommend using a private taxi service for pickups and drop-offs in the area. Conclusion: This hotel combines stylish rooms, standout staff, and memorable food experiences. The almond croissant alone is worth a visit. With attentive service and thoughtful amenities, it’s a property I would gladly return to.”
