“I stayed here in April 2023. This hotel was very average and nothing spectacular. Some staff were very helpful, some were very rude. I cannot comment on the pool as I was too busy to try it out, but it was essentially empty our entire stay despite the 80 degrees warm weather. The cleanliness was awful, our bath was moldy and falling apart essentially. Location was very convenient. However, do not rely on the airport transfer. We waited for 3 hours and it never arrived. We ended up getting on a different transfer who luckily allowed us to get on and then we had to walk over to the correct hotel. We arrived in the states for the first time ever, with no phone service to call an Uber, and the transfer let us down.”
