“The staff in every area are on point. They are nice, respectful, and do whatever they can to support your stay. Fabulous. Location is exceptional to the Disney Hall, museums, and restaurants. The spa is on its own level and offers a sauna and lounge room even without a spa service. The pool area overlooks the horizon and Skye is ready to support your stay with drinks and towels. Our room specialist was on point with making sure all amenities were stocked and provided a handwritten note and cupcakes for my son’s graduation and birthday. Thank you! Manny was by far the best part of this establishment. He took us by house car to a restaurant and offered to move our car from regular parking to valet. Wow!!!! This made a world of difference in our stay! Thank you, Manny! I was amazed and ever thankful. The only issue is that our room was small and only had a shower. There is no balcony. No wine glasses. Minimal bathroom amenities. I should have asked for an upgrade as a Diamond member but they were busy and I didn’t want to be a bother. Again, this my fault. For those who are used to something far more grand, think the Waldorf, you may be a bit disappointed. As an option for a free reward, I would choose something else.”
