“Ideal location for my needs. The WiFi access did not connect in Room 119 with the password provided. The desk clerk was unable to determine why this connection did not work. According to my laptop, this motel uses Verizon, and on the connection screen the words "Verizon Not Connected" appeared, which usually occurs with Verizon when a customer's service bill is NOT paid. Not being able to connect through my laptop delayed me accomplishing necessary communications and work for three days. The air conditioner unit in Room 119 needs maintenance, probably new parts if replacement parts are available for such an old and outdated machine. That unit is extremely noisy, so noisy that it's hard to sleep at night, or even to nap during the afternoon.”
