“My family and I stayed for a week in half and the customer service was okay. I was overcharged twice on my daughter debit card and her card was no longer on file at the front desk. They didn't explain the despoit fee until I was charged 150 dollars for a despoit. When I asked about the fee I was told afterwards that it's a few when you change reservations. So I'm still waiting on a refund from this hotel for over 200.00. the breakfast was never good the eggs was running and had to much water. Was outside by the pool area one night at 2am or so was never told we couldn't be out there. The following day my family and d some other tenants at the time was enjoying a nice evening with bbq and light music and was told we wouldn't be out there after 10pm which it states the pool is closed at 10 pm not the sitting area with the bbq grill. The housekeeping staff was rude and didn't once come clean the room up on my request Thur the front desk after spending a 1 in 1/2 here at this location I will never book again here.”
