“The location was close to stores It was 100° and no one turned on the air. It took three hours for the room to cool down. I had to request for the sheets and bedspread to be changed. The manager stated he had no one to do it so he came to change the bedspread. We stayed two days. It was only enough towels and washcloths for one day and he didn’t have anyone to change it. The room did not have the security top lock because someone had broken into the room and the frame of the door has not been fixed. I needed a room on the first floor. He gave me a room on the second floor. The showerhead looked like it hadn’t been clean since they put it in 20 years ago. I’m glad I brought my own sheets because I would not have dared slept on their sheets overall it’s just a motel nowhere near a hotel and we will never ever stay there again. The breakfast that they talk about is laughable. They remodeled the lobby when the rooms is what need to be remodeled.”
