“Highly recommend La Jolla Shores Hotel / Beach & Tennis. Prior to our visit, Justin at the reservation office, was very imformative with helping us make our room selection and answering all of our questions. We decided to stay in a condo @ La Jolla Beach and Tennis for our family size/needs. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions, tips, grocery delivery, etc and went out of their way to make sure our stay was extra special. The kids enjoyed playing pickleball, swimming in the heated pool, exploring the grounds and watching the sunsets on the beach. We were within close walking proximity to many great restaurants, a convenience store, ice cream and a short drive to town and also to Torrey Pines for incredible hiking/views. The Marine Room restaurant was our favorite meal by far. Our server, John, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The food was unique, fresh and delicious. On our second to last night, we misplaced a very sentimental item that belongs to my son. Everyone went above and beyond to help us track it down, especially Victor, the housekeeping manager and the housekeeper who found it. We can't thank them enough! Overall, an amazing vacation for our family to unwind, reconnect and spend quality time together. California definitely holds a special place in our hearts and we look forward to our next visit.
