“I was attending a convention and new to the town and hotel. I was cosplaying the mandolorian from star wars so its a huge effort to get dressed.i had 80% on then i was stuck. An employee named Theron who cheerfully helped me get the last armor parts on so i could entertian kids. After the event i returned and another young man i forgot his name helped me with armor. That was such a blessing. Im not done with my story. After that i have a meeting tommorow and didnt have good enough shirt and pants. I asked david B at desk where i can get a button down shirt and slacks and he rocommended a business within walking distance. I was able to get the shirt and pants! The staff here is wonderful they go above for their guests for sure. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at the rooms are clean, bed comfortable and the staff is excellent.”
