“A staff member was smoking right outside the door despite signs that state the law won’t allow smoking within 20 feet of the building. When I complained, he THREATENED us and said he would damage our car! Upon checking, the desk clerk didn’t appear for 15 minutes while I and another guest waited angrily, as our vacations were just wasted. That same clerk was later not at the desk either. The phone did not work, and the cabinet door housing the refrigerator would not latch so it dangerously stood wide open in the path to the bathroom. Total junky place.”
