“Friendly staff. Prisca not only kept breakfast area tidy and full of food but also sanitized the tables after guests left. Brittany at front desk was super nice and helpful. Dove products in bottles were full. Coffee machine grinds beans for each cup of coffee. Fit ness center was large and had large windows with a view, not just a tiny room in basement. AC in room was very cool despite 100 degrees outside! Great location, 10 minutes drive to every place we wanted to go! Lobby was warm. It was exceptionally hot the 3 days we were there so ac may have hit max capacity with hot air coming in from lobby doors.. On last day coffee machine up front was out of order, but guests could get coffee/tea at free breakfast area. Guest smoking weed or clove cigarettes on 3rd floor. Not sure how hotels enforce no smoking policy but needs to be done. Entire hallway of 3rd floor smelled bad. Luckily it was morning we were checking out.”
