“The location Non responsive front desk employees. Asked for maintenance to fix an issue and after an hour or so someone finally showed up. Called the front desk repeatedly for over an hour before someone finally answered the phone. Ask for cleaning service around 8 am and returned around 4 pm and the room still was not cleaned. Again called the front desk several times with no answer and finally had to go and see them in person to finally get the room cleaned. Had to move to another room due to a constant running toilet. Requested shower gel and it was never received it. The housekeeper did not replace it either.”
