“Celebrated a three-generation holiday plus my seventy-fifth birthday in a lovely suite—two generously-sized decks, one overlooking the bay and the other offered a view of the mountains—with daughter and granddaughter. Incredibly kind “welcome back” by reception staff including personal greeting from Asst. Mgr. James at check-in. Everything we needed or wanted was promptly provided with warm smiles and good wishes from the front desk, the valets, hotel shops staff, efficient housekeepers, and breakfast restaurant staff. Best server in the history of wait staffs is Justin. Each morning, he offered extremely valuable insights into local places to visit and items to enjoy on the extensive menu. French press Kona coffee, fresh pineapple, and Malasada donuts are never-to-be-forgotten indulgences. Wonderful skin-diving excursion, great pickleball, exciting canoe rides, and sunset Celestial cruise are highlights of this hotel. Super spa, too, with a very nice hair salon. Infinity pool second to none on the island. We are already planning another visit here next May because there’s honestly no place with better service and staff or more perfect amenities than the beautiful Four Seasons, Ko Olina. Thanks to all of you who made our visit so special!”
