“We came all the way from Liverpool, UK to watch a Kansas City Chiefs game. The hotel was right across the way from arrowhead stadium, the sole purpose of our visit. We really enjoyed our stay. People staying there were really welcoming. We laughed because we kept tripping people up when they didn't expect an English accent. This became a great ice breaker which led to instant conversations. Lorraine who worked in the bar and front desk is a legend. She really made our stay feel even more relaxing. She was very welcoming, had time to chat and shown real interest in our day to day adventures while In Kansas City. She smiled, waved every time we came and went and even gave us a hug. She treated us like family. Other staff members where also very welcoming and I can't say anything bad about our stay. Yes, there are some stuff to nitpick about but we wasn't expecting it to be a five star hotel experience in terms of gliz and glamour. It was perfect for our needs. The hotel is in the right place and getting to and from downtown Kansas city was just an Uber or Lyft away, which was rather cheap. When we did have food in the bar, it was good. The bar staff made sure that they serviced your needs in a warm and friendly manner. I would 100% stay here again in a heart beat. There was not a moment where I felt unsafe. The hotel changes around game day as Chiefs fans appear from all over the place to stay at this hotel. On days like these, it adds to the overall vibe and builds up the excitement of game day. This was my first visit to Kansas City and the hotel and hopefully not the last.”
