“Amazing location, wonderful hotel and awesome customer service! Easy to walk to the PATH to NYC and close to some great restaurants (I’d skip Cheesecake Factory!). You can take Newport Path Station to get to the city and if returning at night, get off at Exchange Place station for amazing skyline night views! Our room wasn’t ready at check in, but the staff was great with holding all our our stuff (and we had a lot!) while we went to dinner. The room was HUGE for our family of 5! 2 doubles and a couch were perfect size. It was also clean and very pleasant. Special shout out to Kale at the front desk. He was beyond helpful and friendly and should get a raise :) If you’re a family looking for a good size room for NYC, stay here!”
