“Good location. A very decent breakfast. Good size for a family with 3 children. We were assisted by a very friendly young man at check-in, but he had a question regarding the payment card, so he went to consult a woman who was there (I’m not sure what her role at the hotel was). We tried to explain the situation to her and ask if there was a problem, but she was extremely unpleasant toward us. On the other hand, the beds are like a stone. The air conditioning sounded like an airplane turbine; it was very hot, so it was a choice between not sleeping because of the noise or not sleeping because of the heat.”
