“Avoid At All Cost.. I have stayed at multiple Sonesta suites over the years and this is the worst of the worst. Their customer service is practically nonexistent and the property is terribly managed. - There was a freaking flood in early June (If you value your personal items and property, avoid) - Front desk and housekeeping are problematic and are incapable of basic communication. - I was able to get some reimbursement from bookings for some of my groceries, drinks and my kitchen items that was deliberately thrown out even despite me communicating frequently with them. - Avoid this Sonesta, hell is all that awaits them, they just don’t know it yet.”
