“nothing good to say service and reception are highly unprofessional. we had booked a room for a couple hours as we had a connected flight in the early morning. once we arrived at the hotel , it was already very late and we were tired from a long travel. the reception then tells us without any prior notice despite being on the phone with me several times for directions and tips on the shuttle bus service, that all rooms are unavailable due to water damage. this is understandable but despite our ongoing communication on the phone within the same hour , nothing about a cancellation was said over the phone or sent by email. we arrived to the hotel and were told that our booking cannot be made & they suggested we go elsewhere.”
