“From check-in onward, it was a mess. We came in to an empty check in desk. After Miriam came back from running to a room to help another resident, I’d found out that she was the only one working and had to go to rooms to help people because the company that owns this hotel didn’t staff it well enough, so I couldn’t blame Miriam, because she was nothing but helpful! It’s a pity that Nick, the General Manager, wasn’t there to back her up! As a CPO for a large nonprofit, I was shocked at the poor management. Despite the great design, the fancy touch light didn’t work. The sliding door to the bathroom was horribly stuck and risked breaking just to slide open and the clines didn’t open all the way. So, lots of bells and whistles but this room was made for form, not function and felt like a rip off. Pity. The hotel is well-placed walkable from a lot!”
