“Not a great experience overall. The front desk interaction this morning was especially disappointing—the staff member was rude and even raised his voice at me after charging a $50 late checkout fee without asking for my permission first. During our stay, we had multiple issues with the room. Both TVs didn’t work, and we had to go down to the front desk five times in one night, including three trips just to get batteries. On top of that, our key cards constantly stopped working. Over a three-day stay, we had to replace them at least once or twice a day, which was very frustrating. Overall, the lack of communication, repeated inconveniences, and poor customer service made this stay far from pleasant.”
