“I had mixed feelings about my stay. On the positive side, the hotel is beautiful. The architecture is elegant and sophisticated, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed with lovely furniture. Visually, the property is truly impressive. However, the experience fell short when it came to the service and additional costs. It felt like they tried to charge for everything. We paid for a breakfast that was supposed to be included, but the quality was disappointing. The buffet selection was very limited—only about three dishes available—and the food options were strange and not what you would expect from a standard American hotel breakfast. There were no basic staples like fresh fruit or cereal. The coffee was also unacceptable; it was essentially flavored water, not real coffee. Even my husband, who rarely drinks coffee, agreed it was undrinkable. When I asked the server for a stronger cup, they charged me $20 for one cup. At the end of the meal, we were presented with an $85 bill for two adults and one child—an incredibly high price for such poor quality. Additionally, we are still waiting for our security deposit to be returned.”
