“Great breakfast, amazing in room jacuzzi...outstanding value!! Check out is 11:00 a.m. At 10:15 we got a phone call reminding us check out is at 11:00. That's great, fine, we say "yes, we know we need to leave at 11:00". Then we get another phone call at 10:30 reminding us that check out is at 11:00. Finally, at 10:50 we have somebody banging on our door telling us that check out is at 11:00! This feels very much like overkill!. We knew check out time, and we were prepared to leave by 11:00. There is no reason for you to be pestering a guest that often prior to check out time. We've stayed here before and I am going to assume that this is a one-time problem, so we will stay here again. But someone needs to ensure that the front desk does not do this again”
