“I requested a handicapped room and was told on multiple occasions when I spoke with staff confirming my reservations that I was set up to stay in a handicapped room. When I arrived there was not a handicapped room available for me. The staff was apologetic for the inconvenience and did move me to a ground floor. Due to this mix up I would not suggest your hotel to others. Other than this, my stay was uneventful, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and in good working order.”
