“From check in (Eric) to check out, every piece of this stay was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Check in: 5 minutes in line, 5 minutes to check in. Eric was our initial staffer and he was fantastic. Even offered to look for an upgrade during our stay which was fulfilled on the 4th out of 7 nights. (1 bedroom premium corner suite) Valet: From providing the valet ticket to the valet desk, to getting car was always under 5 minutes (over 10 times) Pool: Excellent pool bar and PLENTY of seating. No chair hogs here. Breakfast: Quick and easy and always had a place to sit (even over 4th of July week). Managers reception: Did not attend any, so cannot comment Overall cleanliness of the resort was great and the location is amazing. Right on Lewers with 5 minute walk to beach. And don't forget the Waikiki Artisan fair on Monday's right outside on Lewers (featuring Joja's SMASH burger - line was over an hour). Definitely recommend and hope to stay there again soon!”
