“Where to start. I saw that this place had just joined the Choice Hotel chain. I figured it must have been inspected and met their standards. It was probably the most disgusting, smelly, dirty hotel I have EVER stayed in. The ground in dirt around the perimeter of the carpets in rooms and public areas showed that it hadn't been vacuumed in years. Hair on sheets, leaks in bathroom, leftover stuff from previous guests, ice machine broken, caulking crumbled off in bathroom, rust on lamp base and it goes on and on. Luckily there was a Fairfield Inn right next door. I will never trust new hotels taken under the Choice brand; better yet, they may be off my rotation.”
