“Location You need to close it down and do an overhaul of the place. The bed was great that's the only thing that was good . The carpet was filthy I mean filthy. the toilet ran all night and took the lid off black mold. I used the hair blower which overheated the handle and I had to throw it down or I would have got burned. Tried calling the front office on the phone it's completely without any numbers to dial to get the front I mean it shows nothing. The front door's old so they have a chain on the top and then a lock but you still can move the door it's not secure. I was tired and had my granddaughter with me she was afraid we were going to get bed bugs I should have gone somewhere else but it is what it is this hotel needs to be refurbished. Oh yes and the pool was covered. It's 90° out and you couldn't use the pool because the pool is covered. And I went to get ice and the ice machine was out of order. Never in my life have I stayed in such a decrypted hotel and I will never do it again. The TV wouldn't turn on so I had to get the front office to come and fix it and then the TV wouldn't shut off. So I looked at it and on the side of the TV there were some little buttons for on and off hit. But what a nightmare of a place.”
